I'm new to the area and I work like to work in the Administrative Field or possibly have a chance to work in a medical environment. I am a hard worker, and catch on very quickly.

SENIOR BILLING ASSISTANT (9/06 – 6/07)

Areas of responsibility
Assistant to the Billing Manager.
Handling billing / invoicing for major client stations including JFK in New York, Honolulu, Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Anchorage.
Analyze, process, and reconcile 500+ invoices per month, working on weekly, biweekly and monthly basis according to contractual terms.
Consolidate, review, and analyze to account for variances; coordinate with the station managers either by phone or email to track down discrepancies and correct journal entries such as cost transfers, account corrections, and advance billing back-outs.
Reconcile revenue by month and by individual cost center, and create spreadsheets analyzing all airport fees billed for JFK International Airport, one of my largest stations.
Provide excellent customer service to customers on the phone
Preparation of mail, FedEx packages for the company utilizing a US postal machine.
Journal Entries.
Provide reports for airport fee analysis, service code totals, and customer invoice listings.
Approximately one day per month is devoted to processing monthly Swissport Cargo Service invoices. Weekly SCS invoices are also processed each week.
Upload the acceptance tickets on a weekly basis using a diskette.
Filing all invoices after month end is complete, copying all backup for acceptance tickets.
Create, process, and track 100 customer and station inquiries and 50-100 credit memos on monthly basis.
CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (4/06 9/06)
Fairfax Permits Section Chantilly, Virginia
Areas of responsibility
Provide administrative and clerical support to Fairfax Permits Section.
Preparation of daily money reports, and entering of permits to be issued or that has been completed.
Scanning of documents, copying of all permit documentation, handling of checks for permit fees.
Provide excellent customer service to customers on the phone or coming into permit office.
Receive and order office supplies.
Process vouchers for surety bonds, temporary services, and all services related to permits.
Purchase Orders, vouchers for temp services, time entry, and leave.

ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICE ASSISTANT III (8/97- 4/06)

Research, investigate, resolve and balance all aspects of inventory. Have been given 100% compliance review seven years in a row. Prompt pay reports have meet 100% paid on time.
Audit invoices and back up to insure proper documents verify payment received.
Responsible for answering phone, handle complaints, and use state and mobile radios.
Train new administrative assistants and keep all other updated and trained on new policies and procedures.
