Qualifications:



• High School Diploma. Four (4) year degree from an accredited college or university, in Human Service related field preferred.

• Minimum of 2 years working with adults with a variety of disabilities preferred

• Supported Employment services preferred

• A valid NC driver’s license, insurance & reliable car required.

• Availability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

• Ability to stand for long periods of time

• Knowledge of general office equipment, computer and industry specific equipment as needed for training individuals supported.

• Ability to lift up to a maximum of 55 pounds in order to assist individuals being supported to complete work assignments from employers and/or assist with personal care of the individuals being supported.

• Ability to speak Spanish and/or sign language a plus.



Position Responsibilities:



• The team member will work under the direct supervision of the CRT team lead and QP

• Communication, organizational, leadership and computer skills a must with the ability to provide systemic training and support.

• Maintain good work habits regarding attendance, punctuality, appearance and effective working relationships with individuals being supported, co-workers, VR staff and employers

• Maintain case records as required by licensing and funding bodies’ standards and regulations

• Accompany individuals being supported to their community-based employment site to provide on-the-job training.

• Facilitate positive interaction with coworkers and employers providing reinforcement as learning is demonstrated
