UDR is currently seeking a part-time Leasing Consultant to join our team at Cape Harbor Apartments in Wilmington. This individual will be responsible for everything related to the apartment rentals, including handling customer inquiries from walk-ins and phone calls, taking deposits, preparing lease agreements, handling resident concerns, assisting with marketing efforts, and performing administrative duties. This position requires working 20-25 hours per week, including weekends.



Qualifications should include some previous customer service or sales experience, along with strong computer skills. We offer competitive pay!
