Hey, can someone please tell me what the lesbian/gay scene is like in Wilmington (or the vicinity)? Is the area very gay friendly or not? What about the state of North Carolina in general, in terms of being gay friendly and tolerant to gay people? Are there a lot of out lesbians? Are there more out gay men there women? hat about bars and clubs for gays? I'm not a big clubber, but I want to know if there is anywhere to go for a drink or to be with other women. Are you harassed if you are "out"? I'm from out of state and want an idea of what it is like, as I am considering a move there . . .
