Their machine took my $10 bill and did not give me any quarters. I called the number listed and left a message. A couple of days later someone called back and said that he would call me back after he figured out how to get my money back to me. I have not heard anything since then from the company. I called and left a message on Saturday and just left another message a few minutes ago.

DO NOT GET YOUR CAR WASHED AT ANY CAROLINA WASHWORKS IN WILMINGTON NC. EQUIPMENT DOES NOT WORK AND OWNER IS NO WHERE TO BE FOUND.
